SG-Client Success Manager
Position Overview:
The objective of the Inside Sales Representative team is to suggest and streamline practices to provide better transparency, governance and support to Zones India leadership.
- Deliver daily operational support to Sales
- Provide business intelligence through reporting and analysis of key metrics
- Drive issue resolution and focus on operational excellence
- Facilitate cross-departmental operational readiness for new customer on-boarding, large customer engagements and new program on-boarding
- Liaison with personnel both within and outside the organization
- Primary point of contact for sales management escalations
What you ll do as the [Client Success Manager]:
- Create new customers and vendors in CRM
- Create a customer facing Quote and lesioning with Vendor to get competitive pricing
- Enter standard and repeatable Sales and Purchase orders for IT hardware and software products for Singapore based business
- Update new products and prices, remove products (customer s request or end of life) as part of Catalog Maintenance
- Create, maintain, and update SOPs for activities assigned
- Highlight to the Sales team the count and exceptions encountered while processing orders such as negative margins, bill and hold maintenance and stock concerns on daily basis
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments within and outside Zones to remove obstacles, manage escalations, facilitate delivery of service to customers and address issues impacting sales teams
- Work with appropriate departments to identify, fix and fulfill Sales orders and see it through collections
- Manage account specific mailbox and take appropriate actions
- Ensure all assigned duties are completed timely and according to SLA
- Participate in weekly sync calls with Global Engagement team to facilitate communications, continuous improvement, and/or alignment of support
- Publish reports as required to the Sales Team Requires a lot of manual inputting of data to populate and publish the report
- Review processes to streamline efficiencies and impact on cost, delivery, service, and other metrics.
What you will bring to the team:
- IT Experience in B2B IT Industry, especially around Digital Workplace Solutions.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role.
- The candidate should currently be working or should have worked within the last three years in a similar role with a Global IT System Integrator (SI) or IT Solutions Provider, among others.
- Candidate MUST have IT experience especially around Digital Workplace and should have worked in similar role.
- Deep knowledge and experience of Digital workplace and Infrastructure solutions from leading brands.
- Good understanding of Professional, Technical and Lifecycle services to define and propose services for deployments, support, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 product family of productivity software, collaboration and cloud-based services, MSFT Dynamics 365 CRM, and ERP business applications.
- International experience is preferred, ideally Singapore or other ASEAN markets.
