Services Proposals Analyst 3

The Proposals Engineer is responsible for coordinating and handling the technical and/or commercial aspects of proposals. This position will have overall accountability for the technical and commercial offering including bill of materials, Enterprise Estimating Tool (EET) reports, pricing, contractual terms, and writing and assembling the technical and commercial portion of the proposal narrative. Primary responsibilities include the preparation of gas turbine control system offers in response to customer requests for proposals. This person is responsible to drive offers consistency across the Proposal team in Costa Rica and North America.
