Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow SecOps modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response).
• Design and develop solutions integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts for security operations.
• Configure SecOps plugins to enhance platform security capabilities.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize security workflows.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development (forms, workflows, scripting).
• Integration experience using REST API / SOAP.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and security best practices.
