We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Working Supervisor to lead evening operations across multiple sites.
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Overview:
This is a working supervisor role, meaning you’ll be actively cleaning while also overseeing quality and supporting your team.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise cleaning operations across 5 buildings
• Lead and support 2 team members
• Perform daily janitorial tasks alongside your team
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards
• Communicate clearly with management and staff
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain consistency across locations
• Ensure supplies are stocked and sites are properly maintained

• Strong communication skills – must be clear, professional, and responsive
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Prior cleaning and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable transportation (travel between buildings required)
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
