Service Specialist, Korea

As the Reserve Leader for a Tesla Service Center (including delivery preparation)/Body Shop/Mobile Service, you will lead the team to provide high-quality services and customer experiences; ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, vehicle maintenance, and repairs, maintaining high service standards to achieve customer satisfaction; gain a deep understanding of each functional module within the team and provide timely and effective support and advice.

• Manage the daily operations of the service center, control costs, mitigate risks, and ensure the achievement of assessment requirements for safe production and operational quality.
• Plan the business development for the service center to ensure that service capabilities meet service demands in a timely manner.
• Continuously provide high-quality services and customer experiences, optimize service processes, offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, and build a strong service reputation.
• Manage the service center team, foster a positive organizational atmosphere, help the team improve, and build a healthy talent pipeline.
• Lead by example in practicing the company's culture and values, actively promote them within the team, and build a team that aligns with the company's cultural values.

• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Software Engineering, etc.
• English proficiency with listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Proficient in using Office software; preference for candidates with automotive-related social practice experience.
• Strong willingness to learn, continuous self-improvement, and good problem analysis and resolution abilities.
• Skilled in handling multiple tasks, effective time management, and efficiently completing work assignments in a smart manner.
• Strong team collaboration awareness, ability to effectively integrate internal and external resources for communication, and drive goal achievement.
