Tesla is looking for Service Operations Coordinator who enable consistent and efficient service center operations by providing operational support, acting as a central point of contact for field inquiries, and maintaining service-related operational content and training. This position supports purchasing and account payable activities, coordinates facilities and one-time operational purchases, and serves as the primary window person for service inquiries, while owning the creation, maintenance, and delivery of policy content and Front of House training.
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of service operation policies, guidelines, and standard reference materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational clarity across all service locations.
  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve operational contents, including internal communications, process documentation, and reference materials used by service centers.
  • Lead the development and coordination of Front of House(FOH) training programs by creating structured training content, supporting field deployment, and incorporating feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Identify operational gaps, policy ambiguities, and training needs, and proactively support initiatives that improve service consistency, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate one-time and ad-hoc operational purchases excluding tools and equipment, ensuring requests are aligned with internal policies and on-site operational requirements.
  • Provide structured accounts payable support by coordinating invoice receipt, validation, issue resolution, and follow-up in close collaboration with other partners. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all service operational inquiries, including system accesses requests, account creation, and general operational support, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution.
  • Identify operational gaps, policy ambiguities, and training needs, and proactively support initiatives that improve service consistency, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support service system and operational processes by providing guidance, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring proper adoption of policies and procedures


  • Experience in service operations support, operational coordination, purchasing, or a related role within an aftersales or automotive environment is preferred
  • Strong ability to understand, structure and translate complex operational policies and processes into clear, well-organized content
  • Proven capability to create, manage, and maintain operational documentation, training materials, and reference content with a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce professional PowerPoint materials and effectively communicate key messages to diverse audiences
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • proficiency in English is preferred
