Service Finance Manager - Türkiye & Iran
Job Description Summary
The Service Finance Manager role acts as a strategic business partner to the Service organization across key markets within EAGM region (Eurasian and African Growth Markets), including Türkiye and Iran, as well as any other designated geographies.The role is responsible for supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence, with a strong focus on driving operational rigor and simplification initiatives.
This position reports to the Service Finance Manager – EAGM.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance business partner to the Service Organization Local Teams (LCT), driving operating performance and acting as the finance lead for strategic initiatives within the assigned geography.
- Provide financial leadership and process ownership for quarterly estimates, operating plans, forecasts, reviews and strategic planning.
- Lead monthly and quarterly operating reviews by delivering insightful variance analysis, identifying key performance metrics, and advising leadership on risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Drive improvements in efficiency and performance by delivering high‑quality financial insights and actively supporting cost productivity initiatives with Service leadership.
- Develop, standardize, and enhance financial processes, including management reporting tools, budgeting, forecasting, and estimation processes.
- Provide finance and accounting leadership throughout the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of results in collaboration with Controllership, LCT Commercial Finance, and other key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with extensive years of progressive financial experience, including forecasting, operating plan development, and leading business and finance reviews.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to link financial outcomes to operational performance drivers, develop alternatives, and drive positive change.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects and influencing outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Proficient in financial statement analysis, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement interpretation.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with experience driving process improvements within finance and operations; ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts.
- Experience working across multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership, functions, and regions; strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Solid PC and systems proficiency, including experience with financial systems and applications.
- High level of confidence with strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills across business functions.
- Fluent Turkish & English Language
