Service desk (Technical Support) - Lead Role
Role : Team Lead (Service desk/Technical Support)
Location : Hyderabad
Notice Period - Looking for immediate to 10 days joiners
Must have:
7+ years of experience in 247 L1 customer support / service operations for large scale digital platforms
Proven track record as L1 Support Team Lead & SPOC, managing operations & shift governance
Strong expertise in alert monitoring, incident management, SLA governance, escalation handling, and continuous service improvement
Handson experience with ITSM platforms, monitoring tools, realtime operational dashboards & monthly SLA reporting
Experience ensuring compliance adherence & process governance
Good to have:
Experience working with cloud (Azure).
Experience with using HaloITSM tool.
Experience in using AI tools for efficiency improvement in Operations
