Service Delivery Officer in Danish Estate Services Team (+ possible Danish language bonus allowance)

We are looking for a colleague to join our international team of 12 friendly and supportive team members in the Estate Services area. You will be responsible for understanding processes within the Danish market, have a chance to touch all products Danske Bank offers, and acquire a broader big picture about financial operations. The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.
You will:
Process various tasks within the Estate Services area for the Danish market
Contact the customers or other banks via email
Collaborate with colleagues from Denmark and other internal departments via email
Improve and optimize the processes using Lean principle
Create, develop and update documentation and procedures
About you:
1+ Years of work experience in operations, finance, or banking-related fields
You take ownership and improve tasks for the best customer experience
You are a team member with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset, willing to take upon new opportunities
You have Upper-Intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken
If you are at least A2 level in Danish, we would offer you a monthly bonus depending on your language level

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Officer – Service Delivery, Default. From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Service Delivery under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
