Roles & Responsibility

*Job Description :

Background

• Should have around 12-15 yrs of experience in IT industry of which 5+ years should be as a DM in Product Engg. Services

• Experience in managing large projects (50+ member teams)

• Prior experience in hands on Tech/Dev roles

• CSM/PMP/Prince2 certified

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for onsite project and activity oversight and a point of local contact (across multiple customers and projects)

• Familiarity with technologies involved – ( Cloud Engg., DevOps, Dev&Test) essential

• Responsible for coordinating onsite resourcing and fulfilment with the recruitment team

• Responsible for onsite Project profitability(GOM)

• Close coordination with offshore delivery teams for project and delivery coordination

• Focus on margin improvement, strategy formulation, planning and sales support as needed

• Should work with the Sales team on proposals, SOWs and contracts closures

• Institute governance processes, knowledge mgmt. and relevant quality improvement initiatives

• Capture the knowledge resident in existing projects into reference-able artefacts as required
