Service Coordinator
Service Call Coordinator PM Support Specialist will be responsible for the creation of PMs and critical spares management.
General Statement of Duties: SAP knowledge, preferably
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Order creation, and continuous improvements
- PM Administrative Management (customer submitted updates; schedules; frequencies; etc.)
- Regular interactions with Maintenance Supervision / technicians for creating equipment records, equipment failures, DWAs and PMs
- Critical Spare Part identification and management for all type A/B equipment
- Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission (cost savings)
- Use of Lean principles to achieve up time and improve quality
- SAP Analyst, creating, updating, scheduling of equipment
Additional Duties:
- Single Point Lesson assistance and creation
- Supports process equipment engineering for any types of failure analysis.
- Provides onsite service call assistance as necessary for any vendor contracted work
