Hours for Service Assistant: 

• No Sundays!  
• 5-day workweek schedule  
• Full-time (40 hours a week)
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities of a Service Assistant: 

• Answer incoming phone calls 
• Log customer details & comments into the system
• Schedule appointments  
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
