Senior/Expert Technical Account Manager (all genders)Hamburg, Germany
As a Senior/Expert Technical Account Manager (TAM) at SCAYLE, you will be the strategic and technical point of contact for a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise E-Commerce SaaS customers. You will be deeply embedded in their technical ecosystems, helping align their business goals and product roadmaps with SCAYLE’s E-Commerce platform capabilities. Your goal is to ensure long-term customer success by acting as a bridge between client teams, internal product/engineering, and SCAYLE's platform roadmap.
This role requires a combination of enterprise-level account management, technical ecommerce expertise, and architectural understanding of composable commerce platforms.
- Own and manage 5-10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical perspective
- Act as the customer’s trusted advisor for SCAYLE platform usage, integration best practices, and architecture decisions
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and influence internal product roadmaps
- Map customer business needs to existing product features and proactively drive adoption
- Coordinate technical escalations in collaboration with solution engineering, support, and product teams
- Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops
- Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs for your accounts and recommend improvements
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales
