Senior Veterinary Surgeon (f/m/d) - Intensive Care Medicine
Your responsibilities:
Leading role at the intensive care unit and collaborate closely with the existing team of veterinarians and support staff.
Supervise, mentor, and train junior veterinarians and support teams in intensive care medicine.
Perform and oversee advanced intensive care treatments and emergency management.
Develop and implement new medical protocols and treatment standards.
Work closely with other departments to ensure interdisciplinary patient care.
Participate in the on-call and emergency duty rota.
What we are looking for:
A completed degree in Veterinary Medicine with a recognized specialist qualification (preferably Diplomate ECVECC/ACVECC or completed residency).
Several years of experience in a veterinary intensive care unit, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Strong clinical skills combined with compassion for patients and their owners.
Excellent team player with a high degree of responsibility and strong communication skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and the advancement of veterinary medicine.
You are open to learn and speak german
