What we will do together:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Value Creation team focused on delivering tangible, measurable outcomes,
  • Own and drive transformation initiatives for key clients, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, network redesign, operational excellence and translate into real P&L improvements for both clients and LLP,
  • Deliver validated business results, cost savings, gain share, growth opportunities, contract value protection, and margin enhancement,
  • Design and deploy end-to-end supply chain solutions, particularly in transportation, multimodal flows, reverse logistics, and network optimization,
  • Identify and monetize value opportunities, using data insights, industry benchmarks, and customer pain points to build compelling business cases,
  • Design scalable, customer‑centric supply chain solutions that increase efficiency, reduce transport costs, and strengthen LLP’s competitive position,
  • Act as a change management expert to the LLP accounts, supporting pricing, re‑engineering, re‑tenders, and upsell opportunities with strong analytical justification,
  • Drive high-impact project pipelines, ensuring initiatives progress from idea → analysis → implementation → financial realization,
  • Translate client needs into executable action plans, aligning stakeholders and ensuring successful change adoption,
  • Represent LLP as a Subject Matter Expert in transport and network transformation during client meetings, reviews, and governance sessions.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in transport or supply chain transformation with demonstrable financial impact (cost savings, margin and operational improvement),
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to quantify value, build ROI cases, challenge assumptions, and communicate benefits to senior stakeholders,
  • Deep operational understanding of road transport networks (multimodal experience, rail, sea, air, considered a strong advantage),
  • Experience in consultancy or advisory roles (internal or external), or in a function responsible for transformation, re‑engineering, or network redesign,
  • Hands-on expertise in transport optimization, scenario modelling, executing cost reduction, process optimization, network redesign, digital transformation initiatives and delivering profitability improvements,
  • Confident in customer-facing environments, able to present solutions, defend analyses, and influence decisions at different organizational levels,
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to work with transport data, model scenarios, develop business cases, and manage operational KPIs,
  • Team leadership experience, enabling a performance-driven culture focused on outcomes, timelines, and accountability,
  • Fluent English, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights,
  • Experience with TMS and other supply chain tools, plus the ability to challenge and improve existing processes through data,
  • Excellent project management discipline, capable of managing multiple accounts workstreams simultaneously.
