Senior technician of automatic warehouse
Main Tasks 主要职责
- Responsible for daily maintenance and inspection of mechanical and electrical aspects of automatic warehouse equipment; Timely detection of problems and timely handling of hidden dangers;
负责自动仓设备的机械、电气方面的日常维护及检查；及时发现问题，及时处理隐患。 - Mechanical and electrical fault inspection and maintenance troubleshooting of equipment;
设备的机械，电器方面的故障检查及维修排除等。 - Responsible for analyzing the causes of equipment failures;
对设备故障进行原因分析。 - Must have a background in mechanical/electrical/automation, familiar with PLC control systems;
需具备机械/电气/自动化专业背景，熟悉PLC控制系统。 - Participate in the technical transformation and process optimization of automatic warehousing systems, propose improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency;
参与自动仓储系统的技术改造和流程优化，提出改进建议以提高效率。 - Develop maintenance plans according to equipment maintenance procedures and equipment manuals, and implement maintenance work according to the plan;
按照设备保养规程和设备说明书制定保养计划，并按计划实施保养工作。 - Participate in 5S and TPM activities for devices;
参与设备的5S以及TPM活动。 - Strictly follow the safety process and operate safely;
严格执行安全流程，安全作业。 - Complete other tasks assigned by the warehouse supervisor;
完成仓库主管交代的其他任务。
Education 教育程度
- College Degreel or above education;
大专或以上学历。
- College Degreel or above education;
Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能
- At least 2 years of equipment maintenance experience;
至少2年设备维修经验； - Having an electrician's certificate and a climbing certificate
有电工证,有登高证；
- At least 2 years of equipment maintenance experience;
Good team spirit;
