The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who serves as the engine of delivery for Q Bio’s enterprise software and clinical technology programs. This role is designed to own execution across complex, regulated programs by establishing clear operating cadence, surfacing risk early, and ensuring disciplined follow-through across teams. In close partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Security, and external stakeholders, the Senior Technical Program Manager ensures alignment and momentum—bringing structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to complex, cross-functional programs. Given Q Bio’s stage, this role will both execute within existing constraints and actively build the systems, processes, and governance that enable predictable, scalable execution as the organization matures. The Mission Accountability & Progress Establish clear ownership, milestones, and success criteria across all programs. Drive disciplined, visible progress and ensure commitments are met or proactively escalated. Operational Transparency Architect and maintain a single source of truth for program health, including schedules, dependencies, risks, and resourcing. Provide leadership with high-fidelity, decision-ready visibility. Interdependency Management Proactively identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Security, and external partners to maintain program flow. Engineering Force Multiplier Own coordination, logistics, and follow-through to accelerate execution, allowing engineers and scientists to remain focused on high-value delivery and innovation.
