Senior Technical Product Manager (m/f/d)
How you'll make an impact:
- own a strategic platform Squad end-to-end, from problem framing and product strategy to roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes
- Partner closely with engineers and product squads to identify recurring pain points, integration friction, and scaling bottlenecks, and turn them into reusable platform capabilities and drive adoption of platform products through strong usability, clear interfaces, documentation, onboarding, and self-serve tooling
- align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared standards, priorities, dependencies, and rollout plans to enable consistent delivery
- work with engineering to define stable interfaces, lifecycle rules, versioning approaches, and deprecation paths that keep the ecosystem healthy over time
- build and improve golden paths that reduce time-to-integrate and help teams move faster with more confidence
- define and track the right success metrics, including adoption, reliability, platform usage, integration effort, and incident trends
- use AI pragmatically in discovery, decision-making, and execution to improve speed and quality where it creates real value
- write clear PRDs, decision documents, and stakeholder updates that create alignment, momentum, and clarity across teams
What you'll need:
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex and technical product areas and strong experience in platform, infrastructure-adjacent, developer-facing, or similarly technical domains
- solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals including, service interactions, and common failure modes
- practical experience with API product thinking, including interface design, lifecycle management, versioning, and deprecation
- strong product judgment in prioritization, outcome focus, and trade-off decisions as well as proven ability to lead cross-functional execution across multiple teams in fast-moving environments
- excellent communication skills with the ability to create clarity across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
- a pragmatic approach to AI, with a clear sense for where it drives meaningful value versus noise
- experience in experimentation, personalization, content platforms, subscription products, or large-scale analytics is a strong plus
- familiarity with platform operating models, reliability targets, and SLO-based thinking is a plus
