SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD
- The candidate needs to have a strong background and knowledge in Duck Creek Distribution Management System (DMS), along with hands-on experience in Java and SQL.
- The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining the existing system functionalities and workflows as well as thinking and creating out of box solutions for the client requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain existing system functionalities using Duck Creek DMS. Customize and configure the Client Specific requirements.
- Work closely with the lead, business analysts and testers to ensure requirements are met.
- Integrate Duck Creek DMS with other systems using Java and SQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related DMS Application. Optimize performance and maintain code quality and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience with Duck Creek DMS.
- Strong programming knowledge in Java (Core Java, OOPs concepts).
- Hands-on experience with SQL (queries, stored procedures). Understanding of insurance domain and document workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
