We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across APAC, bringing a high degree of ownership, strategic thinking, and operational rigor to how we scale. In this role, you will not only drive end-to-end recruitment but also shape how we align regional hiring efforts with our global standards and long-term growth strategy.
You will serve as a trusted partner to the business, balancing local market expertise with global consistency, and continuously improving our hiring processes through data, structure, and thoughtful stakeholder alignment.
What You'll Be Doing
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions up to the Director level.
- Proactive Sourcing: Source high-calibre candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging applicant pools and referrals.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to hiring teams to track progress and address challenges effectively.
- Data Management: Identify and resolve issues in hiring processes by analysing recruitment data and implementing necessary improvements.
- Process Improvements & Structure: Identify and implement process improvements and align APAC to our global hiring practices.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring all candidates receive fair and unbiased evaluation.
- Ownership: Lead APAC hiring with an ownership mentality and creating a bridge to our team in North America and EMEA.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Functional Expertise: Proven track record in executing end-to-end recruitment processes up to the Director level, with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including dynamics and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Experienced in partnering with managers at all levels across various business units showing strong communication skills, and a desire to be a strategic partner
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex challenges and find a solution that works for all stakeholders.
- Multi-Requisition Management: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising candidate experience.
- ATS Proficiency: Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally with familiarity in Greenhouse.
- Process Rigor & Structure: Experience bringing process, scalability, and structure to the recruiting process.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data management and reporting, capable of analysing recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
- Global Experience: Experience working within a globally dispersed team.
