Serve as a strategic recruitment partner, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business needs and ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities.
Source, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and the development of talent pipelines.
Conduct local market research to stay ahead of hiring trends, market practices, and talent availability, and provide actionable insights to the business to inform recruitment strategy.
