SENIOR SYSTEM TEST ENGINEER-TAICANG

MISSION

Design, build and execute the required System Test Cases to ensure technical and functional quality, according to the Validation Strategy.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure the technical feasibility of the products during the bid and development stages in accordance with Ficosa's Development System (FDS) and methodology (SPICE), actively engaging in System Qualification and System Integration TEST SPICE activities.
• Participate in the analysis and elicitation of System Requirements and System Architectural design and reviews.
• Work with the System Test Leader and the Project Team to develop a testing strategy and test objectives for the project.
• Design, execute and analyze test cases and test results.
• Document, track and scale issues and defects found in Validations.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues with different teams to drive towards root-cause identification and resolution.
• Generate the required System test documentation.
• Estimate, monitor and report all the activities performed on a daily basis.
• Participate, engage and promote pair programming, peer reviews and retrospective sessions, and collaborate with relevant teams on the project.
• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
