Senior Supply Planner

The Senior Supply Planner at Sun King will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, including capacity forecasting, production scheduling, and shipment coordination to ensure timely order fulfillment. This role also involves monitoring potential delays, optimizing inventory levels, and leveraging ERP systems and digital tools like SAP and AI to drive operational efficiency.

The Senior Supply Planner at Sun King will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, including capacity forecasting, production scheduling, and shipment coordination to ensure timely order fulfillment. This role also involves monitoring potential delays, optimizing inventory levels, and leveraging ERP systems and digital tools like SAP and AI to drive operational efficiency.
What you will be expected to do
- Oversee demand forecasts and collaborate with factories on 3–6 month capacity planning to identify and resolve constraints.
- Manage firm orders effectively, coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely order placement, and adjust production plans as needed to meet demand.
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish monthly shipment schedules, coordinate cargo bookings with the Logistics Team, and communicate schedules to all relevant parties.
- Monitor potential production or shipment delays and work closely with internal customers to mitigate risks of stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure the accuracy of ERP Master Data and support the implementation of digital initiatives, such as projects involving SAP and AI.
- Maintain KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
You might be a strong candidate if you have/are
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with AI tools and Power BI is preferred.
- Professional fluency in English, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, is required to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in modern statistical analysis and planning, logical thinking, and proven leadership in problem-solving.
- The ability to work well under a tight work schedule and the willingness to adjust your time and priority arrangements during peak seasons.
