Senior Structural Engineer (8+ years)

If you love collaboration, creativity, and a fast-paced environment, we might just be your perfect match!  We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Senior Structural Engineer with a specific focus on high-voltage substations and electrical infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing structural scopes for substation projects from concept through IFC, including design of foundations for control enclosures, transformers, breakers, dead-ends, and other major HV equipment.  This role requires a strong familiarity with structural requirements unique to substations, including coordination with electrical teams, vendor specifications, foundation optimization, and document production aligned with milestone submittals. You'll play a key role in shaping and scaling our HV structural team and supporting utility and interconnection projects for renewable energy clients.
