Analyze and track all promotional activity and prepare end of program comparative results dataWork with all MX Marketing to track product support and expendituresLiaison with corporate planning/financial planning teamIndustry/Market AnalysesMacro trends analyses; Global, Industry and Canadian market trends and identification of opportunity spaceCompetitor AnalysisRetail and B2B Market trendsMaintain/monitor/report key performance metrics:Update key performance metricsCreate reports for Samsung Canada senior management, North America and HQ in Korea for Smartphone, Tablet, PC, Wearables and TWS productsCommunications:Collect and distribute all product marketing assets including monthly price lists and promotional plans across MX division including leadershipAssist in HQ communications and management planningAssist in the general Business Management of the division by:Working with the Category Business Managers, assist in providing timely Market-Sensing and other Reports to the company, as requiredSkills and QualificationsRequirementsEducation:Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or technical subjects preferred, MBA preferredKnowledge:Excellence in Microsoft office skills, especially with PowerPoint and ExcelDemonstrated ability to interact and work with all levels within the organizationAbility to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous related projects and programs in a changing corporate environmentExperience: Prior business modeling experience preferred5 years’ experience in a technology or communication environment preferredPrior experience in supporting an RFP processExperience in IT, Consumer Electronics and/or Telecommunication industryTrack record in corporate strategy, strategic planning or marketing analysis preferredProficiency in business communication level of Korean language is highly preferredExperience in Consulting, Business Analytic positions, working directly with C-suite level of leadershipThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $68,000 to $94,000 and reflects base salary only.
