Senior Specialist - Financial Operations

Responsibilities:  

• Handle on accounting activities that related with online Marketplace’s  transactions.  
• Cash reconciliations to/from marketplaces. 
• Monitoring on AR Collection from marketplaces and AR outstanding balances.  
• Reconcile and prepare journal records for uploading to system.  
• Perform account reconciliations for assigned GL accounts.  
• Communicate with marketplaces or any related teams to resolve any issues that  related with settlement transactions.  
• Other works related to Marketplaces reconciliation as required.  

Qualification:  

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. 
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Ecommerce and reconciliation.  
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and Netsuite is a plus.  
• Fluent in Thai with Good command of English, both in written and verbal.  
• Diligent, team player, detail-oriented & honest.  
• Good interpersonal relation and service minded.  
• Proactive and have an attitude for problem-solving.  
• Able to work under pressure and to keep deadlines.
