We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group (see here: BASF targets Frankfurt Stock Exchange as listing location for Agricultural Solutions and presents its new Management Board). To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles.
* In your new position, you design, implement, and continuously develop global compensation and benefits programs, including grading, performance management, and executive and board-level remuneration.
* You manage target setting processes and, based on target achievement, ensure the effective execution of STI, LTI, and merit rounds.
* Your expertise is in demand! You conduct global benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive, market-aligned, and compliant compensation structures.
* Right in the heart of things! You prepare the annual compensation report and actively support the preparation of the Annual General Meeting.
* Together with your colleagues, you act as the subject-matter expert for the global compensation and benefits portfolio and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams as well as external partners.
* There's always room for improvement! You actively contribute to building and strategically shaping a new HR organization while staying up to date on market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments.

* completed university degree, ideally in business administration, economics, human resources, or a comparable field
* at least five years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global and complex organizational environment with exposure to executive remuneration
* strong expertise in compensation frameworks, grading, regulatory requirements, market benchmarking, and translating data into actionable recommendation
* proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality
* very good German and English skills as well as confident use of SAP, standard MS Office applications, and modern digital tools including AI-supported solutions
* strong communication and collaboration skills, a high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional and dynamic environments
