Technical Facility Management
  • Manage end-to-end technical operations of office facilities including:
    1. Electrical systems (LT panels, UPS)
    2. HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF systems)
    3. Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, pumps)
  • Ensure 100% uptime of critical infrastructure for IT office environments
  • Lead breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis (RCA)
Preventive Maintenance & 52-Week Calendar
  • Own and drive the 52-week PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) calendar
  • Ensure 100% adherence to PPM schedules
  • Digitize and track maintenance through:
    1. CAFM / CMMS tools (e.g., QuickFMS)
  • Monitor:
    1. AMC compliance
    2. Asset lifecycle tracking
    3. Vendor performance on maintenance delivery
Technology & Digitization
  • Drive digital transformation in facility management, including:
    1. E-checklists for housekeeping, security, and engineering
    2. Asset management systems
    3. Helpdesk automation & ticketing systems
    4. Smart dashboards (Power BI / MIS reporting)
  • Implement:
    1. IoT-based monitoring (energy, occupancy, equipment health)
    2. Predictive maintenance models
  • Ensure data-driven governance and reporting
IT Workplace Infrastructure Management
  • Manage technical readiness of IT office floors, including:
    1. Power redundancy and load management
    2. Server room / IDF room coordination
    3. Network and cabling infrastructure support (in coordination with IT teams)
  • Ensure zero disruption to business operations
Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manage multiple technical vendors:
    1. Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / BMS vendors
  • Track:
    1. SLA adherence
    2. KPI performance
    3. Cost optimization opportunities
  • Support:
    1. PR/PO processes
    2. Vendor negotiations and onboarding
Compliance, Safety & Audits
  • Ensure compliance with:
    1. Statutory regulations
    2. EHS standards (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 41001)
  • Conduct:
    1. Safety audits
    2. Risk assessments
    3. Emergency preparedness drills
  • Maintain:
    1. Documentation for audits and inspections
Energy & Sustainability Management
  • Monitor and optimize:
    1. Energy consumption
    2. Water usage
  • Drive ESG initiatives:
    1. Energy-saving projects
    2. Waste reduction programs
  • Generate sustainability reports and dashboards
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare and present:
    1. Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
    2. Dashboard insights (Power BI / Excel)
  • Track:
    1. SLA performance
    2. Downtime analysis
    3. Maintenance KPIs
  • Support leadership with data-backed insights

  • Strong knowledge of:
    1. Electrical systems (HT/LT, DG, UPS)
    2. HVAC systems

Expertise in:
  1. PPM planning & execution

  • Hands-on experience with:
