Senior Solutions Architect

Role Summary

Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will partner with our most strategic customers to design scalable, AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll act as both a trusted technical advisor and hands-on builder, shaping multi-quarter platform strategies while delivering AI powered tools for our team and partners. Your work will directly drive increased platform adoption, accelerate customer usage of HubSpot's AI tools and capabilities, and create reusable solutions that elevate the broader Solutions ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Build

  • Drive HubSpot AI adoption by designing, building, and delivering agentic workflows and LLM-powered solutions that create measurable improvements in customer outcomes and increase platform consumption.
  • Accelerate stakeholder buy-in by developing working prototypes and proof-of-concept automations that demonstrate clear, quantifiable business value and move customers from evaluation to production.
  • Multiply team impact by codifying successful technical patterns into libraries, playbooks, and scaffolds that increase delivery efficiency across the Solutions and Solutions Partner ecosystem.

Advise & Lead

  • Increase platform depth and utilization by translating complex, multi-portal business needs into comprehensive, scalable solution strategies across the entire HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Expand AI adoption and HubSpot credit consumption by leading solution design for large-scale HubSpot AI deployment projects, identifying opportunities to unify the platform and drive efficiency gains across the customer lifecycle.
  • Secure long-term customer investment by developing and championing multi-quarter technical roadmaps, aligning solution choices to business objectives and building value cases that influence director-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Solve customers' GTM challenges by owning solution design for complex, multi-hub engagements that deploy agentic AI, leveraging advanced CRM features, APIs, and the broader HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Protect delivery outcomes by identifying and mitigating technical risks on high-impact projects, acting as the leading technical voice on product-stretching use cases.
  • Shape the HubSpot platform by providing aggregated field insights to Product and Engineering teams that directly influence roadmap decisions.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles within a SaaS environment, with a track record of architecting and delivering complex, business-critical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tooling: RAG architectures, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and context management. You have built agentic workflows, not just presented them.
  • Strong fluency with APIs, system integrations, and architectural design for scalable and resilient solutions.
  • Proven ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes, and to build clear value cases that secure director-level and senior stakeholder buy-in on complex solution designs.
  • Deep, cross-functional understanding of how enterprise systems and processes interconnect, with the ability to orchestrate end-to-end architectures across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with experience influencing director-level decisions using data and a clear articulation of trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, scope complex problems, and deliver structured solutions in fast-moving environments.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Python/Node.js for backend services, automation pipelines, or API integrations.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms or go-to-market technology ecosystems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Background in building reusable frameworks, internal tools, or scalable technical assets for broader team use.
  • Experience contributing to product feedback loops or directly influencing product roadmaps.
