Senior Solution Specialist - PNCAbout your role:
As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will support the delivery, configuration, and ongoing optimization of business solutions that help PNC and internal partners achieve operational goals. You will work cross-functionally with product, technology, implementation, service, and client-facing teams to identify requirements, resolve issues, and improve solution performance. Your work helps ensure solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business and client needs.
What you'll do:
- Analyze business and client requirements to support solution design, configuration, and delivery activities for new and existing PNC clients
- Support product implementation assigned with client use cases and technical use cases using Dev Studio software.
- Serve as a technical advisor to existing clients, helping maximize return on investment (ROI) and overall solution value
- Support RFPs, RFIs, AOCs, and SOCs, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documentation
- Capture client feedback and industry trends to inform continuous improvement of products and technical positioning
- Develop and support sales enablement tools, product demonstrations, and customized solution presentations
- Maintain and enhance internal documentation and client-facing materials to reflect solution updates and best practices
- Act as a liaison between clients and product, support, sales enablement, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Represent the technical voice of the customer in internal planning and strategy discussions
- Partner closely with product and support teams to resolve client challenges quickly and effectively

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience supporting business, client, or technology solutions in a financial services, payments, commerce, or related business environment
- Experience with and understanding of Fiserv Carat Products: Commerce Hub, CLX (Enhanced) Payment Optimization solutions, SnapPay, Fraud and Security Solutions
- Technical experience of enterprise software/Saas integration technologies (API’s – application programming interfaces, cloud platforms and data systems), to analyze root causes, drive issue resolution, and support revenue growth.
- Experience presenting technical and business information clearly to stakeholders with different levels of subject matter expertise, acting as a consultant to support revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience working in or with healthcare, business to business, restaurant, university and/or auto dealership verticals.
- Knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, financial technology, or transaction-based solutions
- Experience with reporting, dashboarding, or workflow tools used to monitor solution performance
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- Onsite locations include: Berkeley Heights, NJ, Alpharetta, GA, Hagerstown, MD or New York, NY.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$78,000.00 - $138,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
