1. Overview
Primary responsibilities
• Reach deadlines for all tasks.

Area of responsibility:
• Maintain mainframe systems and solutions
• 1st level contact to IBM/Nets Service Management
• Production duties
• Quality assurance on the Operational setup
2. Role
• Design and developing new Batch solutions
• Architect responsible for Operation solutions
• Support and performing test
• Operational support to development and maintenance
• Design standards for the mainframe Operational setup and documentation
• QA on Changes
• Proactive support in case of incidents
