Senior Software Engineer II
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable cloud-based SOAR solutions that meet the highest standards of software quality and performance.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Utilize your expertise in cybersecurity to develop advanced threat detection, response, and automation capabilities within our SOAR platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, architects, and other engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cloud security and SOAR technologies. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Ops/SRE and customer success teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer escalations and production issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering,
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.). Preferred to have experience in working in CyberSecurity related technologies like SIEM/SOAR.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Agile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Customer Orientation: Experience in working directly with customers to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
