Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll architect and build industry-leading platforms that keep our clientsdata safe and systems running smoothly. Your expertise will directly shape how customers experience Ivantis next-generation security and IT management products. Collaborating with an agile, global team, youll help us deliver technologies that truly make a differenceempowering businesses, supporting innovation, and transforming the way the world works.
What youll do - Lead and build: Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture on AWS or Azure.
- Drive DevOps excellence: Implement robust unit testing, modern DevOps practices, and efficient CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Architect at scale: Engineer solutions integrating RDBMS/NoSQL databases to maintain performance and security at a global scale.
- Innovate and partner: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX, QA, and fellow engineerstranslating customer needs into user-focused, agile deliverables.
- Mentor and inspire: Share your knowledge through leading by example, code reviews, and supporting the growth of junior engineers.
- Champion best practices: Help evolve our engineering standards and encourage a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork.
- Advise and shape: Guide the adoption of new technologies around identity management, cloud security, and DevOps toolchains.
- 4+ yearsexperience building and delivering complex software solutions, with a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Nice to have Cloud-native application development experience on AWS and/or Azure.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and database technologies (both RDBMS and NoSQL).
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps tools.
- Experience in leading or mentoring diverse engineering teams.
- Excellent communicatorable to break down technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
- Proven problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with software security standards and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Nice to have: experience with SAML, OAuth, identity management, PKI/certificates, and global, cross-functional teams.
