Job Description: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and technical implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using UI policies, client scripts, business rules, flow designer, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure solutions align with established ServiceNow architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practice recommendations to junior consultants and project teams.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
  • Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, features, and HRSD enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end HRSD implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Integration Hub.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP Integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
  • Experience with other ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, or CSM)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
