About the role
We're hiring a Senior Security Solutions Expert to bring deep domain expertise to our AI-powered security workspace. You'll craft the solutions that solve real-world security problems within our platform — then showcase and deliver them to prospects and customers alike. You sit in the Customer Enablement team, working at the intersection of product, security, and customer value. If you've lived and breathed cybersecurity and want to shape how security teams actually use AI to do their jobs better, this is the role.

You'll be the person who turns that potential into tangible, real-world solutions.
What you'll do
Use your security expertise to build and deliver the solutions that make the platform indispensable.
Design and craft key solutions within the AI-powered workspace that address real security challenges — from risk prioritisation to automated remediation workflows.
Demo and present those solutions to prospects and customers, showing them exactly how ThreatAware solves the problems they face every day.
Bring the voice of the security practitioner to Product — your domain knowledge shapes what we build and how we build it.
Stay deeply connected to the security landscape: emerging threats, industry trends, compliance pressures, and how teams are actually working.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure solutions land with impact and customers get genuine value.
What we're looking for
Deep cybersecurity experience — you've worked in security operations, risk management, or security architecture and understand the day-to-day reality of security teams.
The ability to translate domain expertise into practical, compelling solutions that resonate with security practitioners and leaders.
A strong presenter and communicator — equally comfortable in a customer workshop and a product strategy session.
Curious about AI and excited to explore how it changes the way security teams work.
A consultative mindset. You listen first, understand the problem, then craft the solution.
Bonus: hands-on experience with LLMs and/or frontend development skills (JavaScript, React, or similar).
