Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (Business Oriented) to lead complex S/4 transformation programmes with a strong focus on business outcomes, not just technology delivery.

This is a high-impact role combining programme leadership, business consulting, stakeholder management and SAP functional knowledge, working closely with senior business leaders, SI partners and cross-functional teams to ensure successful, value-driven delivery.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

You will join our engineering team and be a valued member working closely in a collaborative, autonomous, cross-functional team. You will help with the following:

Programme & Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation streams
Own governance, planning, risk & issue management, dependencies and schedule control
Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, HR and more

Business Engagement & Functional Alignment

Act as the key bridge between business teams and SAP delivery teams
Support definition and validation of business requirements and process design
Ensure S/4 design and data model decisions align with business objectives and compliance
Lead business readiness, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilisation with a value-driven mindset

Data Strategy & Governance

Oversee data migration planning: mapping, cleansing, transformation and validation
Coordinate data governance, quality frameworks and cutover readiness with SI partners

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Engage senior business leaders on scope, priorities, risks and benefits
Manage System Integrators, third-party vendors and internal leadership
Deliver clear, consistent updates to programme boards and executive sponsors

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes or major S/4 workstreams
Strong experience with enterprise data models, master and transactional data, and cross-module processes
Solid understanding of core S/4 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or similar)
Able to guide solution design, data governance, integration and business process redesign
Strong ability to interpret business objectives and shape programme direction
Experience in Consumer Markets or large enterprise environments is a big plus
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable influencing senior leadership and managing cross-functional teams
Proven maturity navigating complex, high-pressure delivery environments
Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal

AWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Previous experience working with Tier 1 System Integrators on large SAP transformation programmes
Exposure to brownfield and greenfield S/4HANA implementations
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or similar delivery frameworks
Experience in multi-country or multi-entity rollouts
Background in change management, business transformation or organisational readiness
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven environments
Experience working in Consumer Markets, Industrial or Retail sectors
Comfortable operating in matrix and global organisations
