A Project work Developing medium complex concepts of Information Management (IM) solutions based on the user's technical requirements Coordinating the general concept with technical departments Coordinating and giving trainings Supporting the responsible persons for preparation of the process design workshop and customize the system Keeping up-to-date with state of arts technologies on the market and technical selecting and testing system components. Continuous improvement of existing systems Support the technical preparation of project steps (e.g. business blueprint, key-user training, integration test and cutover phase) Ensuring processes and preparing documentation concerning the system B User support Give advice and support to users (First/Second-Level Support) Coordinating solutions to problems with the departments
