Job Description: -

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to help position our Salesforce platform as the hub of our end-to-end integrated lead to cash infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable technical solutions that continuously improve and optimize the lead to cash lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools)
  • Serve as a technical advisor, recommending best practice Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs
  • Build and maintain integrations to the Salesforce platform using APIs and middleware
  • Develop unit testing to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards
  • Support CI/CD release management, deployments, and production troubleshooting
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data management and security models
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce integrated applications such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, ChurnZero, Kantata, and/or NetSuite
