WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Senior Sales Representative works closely with Geo Sport & Country leadership, the Sport GM, cross‑functional teammates, and country teams. This role leads the Nike Team Partnership business in Italy. The position is responsible for managing partner and club relationships, shaping and executing the commercial Team Partnerships strategy, and collaborating with merchandising and planning teams to ensure marketplace readiness and sustainable growth for the Team Partnership Football business.

Experience working in a marketplace environment, owning P&L responsibilities, and partnering cross‑functionally is important. The role calls for someone who is comfortable with change, communicates a clear vision, and fosters inclusive, high‑performing teamwork.

  • Extensive experience in wholesale partner management, including forecasting, planning, assortment ownership, and influencing decision‑making.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to inform decisions using financial and retail data across physical and digital channels.
  • Passion for Football and a strong understanding of its culture, consumer dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience optimising inventory, managing gross margins, and building seasonal assortments and forecasts.
  • Solid knowledge of sales planning, partner marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Ability to influence, lead strategy, and unlock growth opportunities for Nike Football.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, with willingness to travel up to 20%.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help lead and execute the commercial strategy for Football Team Sales in Italy, driving seasonal and annual growth. You will partner across functions and with external clubs to deliver financial results, marketplace readiness, and long‑term brand strength.

Your responsibilities:

  • Represent partner and marketplace perspectives within the EMEA Team Partnerships network.
  • Lead seasonal sport commercial strategies for Team Sales, identifying priority partners and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Nike Team Partnerships Director EMEA and cross‑functional teams to implement the Italy Team Partnerships strategy.
  • Influence product direction to align with commercial priorities and financial objectives.
  • Drive end‑to‑end execution with clubs to support shared business and brand goals.
  • Partner with country teams to manage inventory health and franchise performance.
  • Share best practices and help ensure consistent execution of the sport vision across regions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing partner relationships.
