Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Drive store sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly revenue goals
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store team members to deliver excellent customer experience
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation as per company guidelines
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor daily store performance, productivity, and conversion metrics
• Manage store inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper stock replenishment
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in any role
• Good communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance
• Experience in optical, fashion, footwear, apparel, or similar retail industry preferred
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Note:- After selection there will be 20 days of Training in Lenskart Academy Bhiwadi.
