The PXT (People Experience and Technology) AMX Research is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Scientist to join our team. You will be leading manager experience research space to support the PXT talent evaluation/talent management initiatives. Key job responsibilities
Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build actionable models
Conduct quantitative analyses of talent management data and trends
Conduct qualitative data collection and analysis
Partner closely and drive effective collaborations across multi-disciplinary research and product teams
Consult on appropriate analytic methodologies and scope research requests

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business problems and products experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 5+ years of quantitative field research experience
- Experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive etc.
- Experience communicating qualitative research methods and findings to non-qualitative researchers
- Knowledge of quantitative approaches (e.g., t-tests, regressions, ANOVAs, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience converting research studies into tangible real-world changes
- Experience with discrete and continuous optimization methodologies and algorithms
- PhD in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent, or PhD and 4+ years of quantitative field research experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
