As a Senior Recruiter supporting Fanatics Collectibles Operations, you will be responsible for hiring and scaling frontline and skilled operational talent across manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution environments in the Dallas market. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, partnering closely with plant leadership to support production needs, shift coverage, and workforce stability during periods of growth.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried operations roles and build practical talent pipelines that support throughput, safety, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles, including production, warehouse, material handling, maintenance, quality, and skilled trade positions.
  • Partner directly with site leaders, operations managers, and supervisors to understand headcount needs, shift requirements, ramp timelines, and workforce challenges.
  • Execute high-volume hiring strategies to support production demands, seasonal ramp-ups, and new equipment or line expansions.
  • Source candidates through non-traditional channels including local workforce agencies, trade schools, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships.
  • Screen candidates for operational readiness, including shift flexibility, attendance reliability, physical requirements, and safety mindset.
  • Manage candidate flow from application through start date, ensuring speed, accuracy, and minimal production disruption.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws, safety requirements, and internal policies in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success hiring for hourly, shift-based, and skilled operational roles.
  • Experience supporting multiple shifts, high-volume requisitions, and evolving production demands.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, prioritize production needs, and communicate effectively with operations leadership.
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Greenhouse preferred) and operational recruiting tools.
