About the Role CaptivateIQ is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent team in Poland.  In this key role, you'll go beyond traditional recruiting, taking full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for our international recruiting strategy. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our employer brand and scale our international recruiting function as a strategic partner to the business. You'll be joining an ambitious team dedicated to finding the best people and making a real impact on our company's success. You will partner directly with founders and executives, own searches end-to-end across engineering and go-to-market roles, and design the global recruiting foundation that scales us from where we are today to our next chapter. This is a deeply impactful role with significant ownership, where the quality of your hires will directly influence CaptivateIQ’s trajectory.
