Senior Project Supervisor – Warehouse Logistics Operations

Job Purpose:
Supervise and coordinate the execution of warehouse logistics operations projects, such as operational start-ups and process reengineering initiatives, ensuring the proper implementation of work plans in accordance with defined scope, timeline, cost, quality, and safety guidelines, contributing to operational stability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement of business performance.
Key Responsabilities:
- Supervise the execution of operational start-up projects, expansions, and process reengineering initiatives within warehouse operations.
- Coordinate activities and resources during the planning, execution, and stabilization phases of projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure operational continuity during transitions and operational changes.
- Coordinate operational teams and support functions (Engineering, IT, HR, Finance).
- Track key project indicators and post start-up operational performance.
- Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating them in a timely manner to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and project results for supervisory and management levels.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse logistics operations.
- At least 3 years of experience supervising or coordinating projects related to start-ups, process reengineering, or process improvement.
- Experience in high-volume operational environments or 3PL operations is desirable.
- Warehouse operations and logistics flows.
- Project supervision and coordination.
- Process reengineering and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen).
- Operational KPIs and progress tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel and preparation of management-level reports.
- Strong organizational and execution skills
