What you will do

managing timelines, budget and deliverables, ensuring clear communication between business, technology, and vendor teams

coordinating and supporting the development of applications / services that adapt to changing business needs

supporting backlog management and ensuring that tasks and priorities are clearly defined for the development team

facilitating regular communication with stakeholders about project progress, identified risks, and upcoming milestones

maintaining project documentation, reports, and presentations

assisting in release planning and ensuring all project requirements (including security, compliance, and performance) are met

tracking project KPIs and reporting on status and outcomes to management

working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint and similar

Requirements

fluency in English

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role, ideally within a technology, banking or insurance environment

basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in applying AI solutions to business challenges

proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders

experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

general IT knowledge, supported by relevant education or self-study

experience in end-to-end project delivery in a technology setting

Nice to have

German language skills
