Senior Project Manager (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d).

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of high-performing, scalable systems that are essential to successful product delivery. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet both technical and business goals. Depending on your level of experience, you will work on one or more of the following tasks: 

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary deep tech R&D projects or small programs, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality

• Set up and run project governance, including planning, milestones, phase gates, reporting, risk and issue management across the full R&D lifecycle

• Coordinate cross functional teams such as physics, electronics, software, optics, supply chain, and quality, managing dependencies between workstreams

• Drive stakeholder decision making, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with product and technology roadmaps

• Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and decision templates for executive management and, where relevant, customers or partners
