Your New Role

Based in Wytheville, VA, you will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Manage multiple large scale construction projects or oversee major project teams

  • Lead on site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

  • Supervise subcontractors, field teams, and internal staff to maintain productivity and quality standards

  • Develop project scopes, manage procurement, and negotiate change orders

  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, revenue forecasting, cost at completion, and cash flow management

  • Coordinate equipment, materials, manpower, and logistics planning

  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings

  • Maintain compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality control standards

  • Track daily job site progress and provide detailed project status reporting to stakeholders

  • Utilize construction management software such as Procore, ACC Build, PlanGrid, BIM platforms, and scheduling tools
