Senior Program Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Program Manager leads the implementation and continuous improvement of clean energy programs that advance VEIC’s mission, performance goals, and strategic priorities. This role manages a high volume of complex program activities and is accountable for ensuring strong results through expert project management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination.  Senior Program Managers balance day-to-day program delivery with strategic contributions, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration. They translate big-picture goals into actionable work plans, drive execution with efficiency and ownership, and support teams through mentorship and knowledge sharing.  Location: This is a hybrid position, and the ideal candidate will be located in Vermont.
