Senior Program Manager (12 Month FTC), Supply Chain

AU, VIC, Melbourne April 15, 2026 Full Time Amazon Custom Ats (Amazon.jobs)
As a Senior Program Manager within Network Design, you will step into a critical 12-month opportunity at the heart of how Amazon AU configures and optimizes its fulfillment network. You will own a high-priority portfolio of programs that directly shape fulfillment logic across the network, how transportation flows through AU, and how we configure the systems and settings that underpin network performance at scale.

You will lead active, high-visibility workstreams including transportation system governance — a critical project within the Supply Chain Team — alongside broader network design initiatives spanning transportation time optimization, configuration centralization, and cross-functional delivery. Your decisions will have direct impact on delivery speed, cost, and customer experience across the AU network.

Leading cross-functional engagement across AU Fulfillment Center Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams, this role requires strong program management fundamentals, the ability to ramp quickly on complex technical domains, and the confidence to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. You will be expected to maintain momentum across an active program portfolio from day one, while identifying opportunities to drive further improvement.
