About the Role We are searching for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our Customer Experience team in Australia. Our mission is to provide expert implementation design, training, and professional services that ensure our customers maximize the value of CaptivateIQ. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical incentive compensation expertise, project management discipline, and customer-facing consulting skills. You will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge data modeling technology and setting the standard for best-in-class professional services across our customer base.
